| A major feature of Verifier is its playback module that allows the translated tester vectors to be converted back into the designer’s test bench. The PLI playback mode enables the user to compare the original simulation vectors against translated vectors in order to ensure that the converted test vectors conform to the original design intent. Any discrepancies are reported in a log file. Verifier generates pin timings and pattern files along with related files and program templates for all major test systems includingthose from Advantest, Agilent, Credence, LTX, Teradyne, NEXTEST, and Schlumberger. Verifier is field proven in hundreds of successful customer installations. Verifier also addresses a diversity of test program requirements ranging from simple timings to complex SOCs. |
